Membership Opportunities

Participate in Events

The TGO Alliance offers its members numerous opportunities to participate in events designed to promote collaboration and drive industry innovation. As a member of the TGO Alliance, utilities and technology companies gain access to a range of events, including member meetings, workshops, and our annual summit.

These events provide a forum for members to share knowledge, discuss challenges and work toward solutions.

Learn and Promote

In addition to accessing TGO resources, the TGO Alliance provides opportunities to offer thought leadership, interact with your peers from other leading utilities, as well as leverage the work products from the Alliance to accelerate your internal initiatives around integrated planning, enterprise DERMS & VPP, operational situational awareness, asset investment and risk management, etc.

TGO aims to evaluate these initiatives from the total grid as the system of systems perspectives to ensure long term and sustained energy transition success, and to inform use cases and requirements.

Join a Working Group

Our working groups are busy advancing TGO concepts with supporting frameworks, use cases, maturity models, and requirements. It is our hope that these tools can be leveraged to advance TGO-enabling technology and accelerate grid modernization/orchestration initiatives.

We have 2 active working groups today: TGO Enablement and Grid Flexibility. TGO Enablement is addressing broader TGO objectives and capabilities to build the foundational framework, operating model, and architecture of TGO as part of a deployment playbook and maturity model/assessment tool. Grid Flexibility is focused on how flexibility across distributed resources and large loads are orchestrated in practice by developing a scalable framework and deployment approach.

Our working groups would benefit from your perspective!
